Waitomo is one of my favourite tourist towns in New Zealand, it is located in the southern Waikato district and is home to the very famous Waitomo Glow worm caves which are fricken spectacular. The town is also close to Otorohanga, Pataruru, Tirau, Tokoroa and Taupo. Be sure to check them out as well!.

What to expect.

Waitomo is full of nice locals with a great community. You can expect to be treated nicely when passing through as this is a thriving tourist town.
