Are there spiders on mars? It seems that Mars is one of those hot topics of the 21st century, with space exploration being the logical next step for mankind and the ability to travel further and faster than ever thought possible thanks to technology it is no surprise that one day we might finally crack the code on alien life!

Before everyone starts losing their minds over the fact that aliens and spiders are one of the same, there is a bit more to the story than that. Basically, Nasa, got the help of 10,000 volunteers to look at patterns on the earths closest relative mars. The legion of volunteer scientists managed to spot what they thought to be "spider" erosions regions on the south pole of mars which was later found out to be caused by thawing carbon dioxide.

Sorry to disappoint, but in reality, the surface temperatures of mars can get down to minus 125 degrees Celsius (minus 195 degrees F) so with that is mind is it even possible for a spider to survive in such conditions? No... obviously, no.
