With pristine beaches, top notch wines, and fantastic cuisine, it is easy to understand why Waiheke Island is considered the gem in the Hauraki Gulf crown.
Even though just 35 minutes from Auckland, you will feel as though you are a world away as your browse through galleries, sample award winning olive oils and soak in ocean views. With a lot to do, there is truly something for everybody on Waiheke Island and we are pleased to have been among the world's Top 20 islands from Conde Nast Traveller at 2016, and contained on Lonely Planet's listing of the top 10 travel regions in 2015.
With routine ferry sailings, Waiheke is the best place to escape to for the day, or just the afternoon. Once here though, it is difficult to leave, and our most beautiful accommodation venues provide the ideal solution. On the following pages you'll find info on several companies that call Waiheke home.
