Can coffee prevent dementia? If you're like me you love your morning cup of coffee, but how much coffee should we be drinking? is it damaging or is it beneficial?

There are just way to many questions to and to many different research papers that try to explain the benefits of coffee... honestly I just don't have the time to read them all.. obviously you don't as well hence you coming here.

So basically caffeine has helped prevent mice from developing the Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive impairments, but not much research has been done on humans in the past. The researchers questioned 6,500 old woman above the age of 65 and surprise, the majority of woman who drunk above the recommended dose has less chances of developing the disease.

So how accurate is this study? Honestly it sounds like bullocks to me, but you can judge for yourself.

What are the other benefits of coffee? well it seems that there is more to the brown bean than we originally thought, apart from giving you the morning kick that you need to take on the day there are a lot of other benefits to the bean such as: helping prevent diabetes to lowering the risk of liver disease, Parkinson disease, liver cancer and heart health.

There are also negative effects such as high blood pressure. but only if people drink more than the daily recommended dosage.
